- Fake events, or selling tickets to an event the organizer has no right to organise or sell.

- Labelling a public event as private to avoid a licence or tax.
Prohibited content
- Content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination.
- Pornographic content.
- Impersonating a person or organisation.
- Misleading information about the event, its price, performers or accreditation.

- Promotion of products or services that by law need an approval the organizer does not have, such as medical and pharmaceutical promotion.
- Other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
Prohibited technical use
- Attempting to breach the platform or exceed permissions, or testing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Scraping data, or abnormal automated traffic.
- Sending unsolicited messages through the platform.
- Forging tickets or tampering with their codes.
- Reselling the service or using it to build a competing service.
What we do
- We do not review events before publication, but we act when we detect a violation or receive a serious report or a request from a competent authority.
- We may remove content, stop an event's sales, or suspend the account.
- We tell the organizer the reason and give it three working days to fix the violation, except in urgent, dangerous or obviously fraudulent cases, or on an authority's request.
- Tickets issued before suspension remain valid unless an authority requires otherwise or the event itself is fraudulent.
- We cooperate with competent authorities as the law requires, and disclose buyers' data only under a reasoned judicial order or a legal obligation.
