The general rules for using TicketsNile for all visitors, buyers and organizers, and the platform's role as a technical tool, not a ticket seller.

How we process and protect personal data: the organizer controls its buyers' data, and OMA controls organizer and visitor data.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site; analytics or advertising cookies are used only if enabled and listed here.
Fees and Fair Use Policy
The platform fees organizers pay OMA: the entry unit, the free plan, packs and subscriptions, zero balance, payment by bank transfer, and refunds.
Organizer Terms
A summary of the organizer's obligations under the organizer agreement: verification, full responsibility for the event, its audience, permits and taxes, data, and suspension. The full agreement is binding.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are decided and paid by the organizer under the policy on its event page, with a guaranteed minimum and without prejudice to consumer rights.
Prohibited Content and Events Policy
What may not be published or organised on TicketsNile, and how we act on violations.
Data Processing Addendum between the Organizer and OMA
The organizer controls its buyers' data and OMA processes it only on the organizer's instructions, with security, breach notice and deletion duties.
