How do we count tickets?

  • We count every entry allowed: a 10-person invitation = 10 tickets, a code that admits twice = 2, a 12-visit pass = 12.
  • Free (zero-price) tickets count too.
  • Free invitations within your plan's monthly cap are not deducted; above the cap they come from your balance.

When the balance runs out

  • We alert you at 80% and again at 95% of your balance.
  • At zero, new ticket sales stop on every plan until you top up.
  • Tickets already issued are always admitted; the gate never stops.
  • Top up at your plan's rate at any time. The balance is added once the transfer is checked, so top up early before big events.

Payment and invoices

  • Payment is by bank transfer to OMA's account. Upload the receipt from your dashboard; the balance is added after review.
  • The e-invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
  • Organizers outside Egypt pay in USD: the EGP price ÷ 50.

Before you start selling

  • Paid selling is for registered entities (commercial register and tax card). Individuals use the free plan for free private events.
  • You accept the agreement electronically and send the signed original within 30 days.
  • Your customers receive e-mails from your own address, not the platform's.

Questions

Can I get a refund for a pack?

Packs are not refunded in cash. If you have not used your balance, we extend its validity by six months. Details in the fees policy.

What happens to unused subscription tickets?

A month's unused tickets carry over to the next month only.

Do running events change if I change plan?

No. A running event keeps its features until it ends.

Who is responsible for my event towards the audience and the authorities?

The organizer alone. The platform is a tool for booking and entry. See the organizer terms.
