Enabling customer accounts

Customer accounts let your audience log in and track their orders and tickets in one place. On TicketsNile this is enabled by default for every organizer.

1. In the organizer settings open "Customer accounts".
2. Confirm it is enabled — if not, turn it on.
3. Attendees can create an account during checkout or from the organizer's account page.

Note: accounts are tied to each organizer individually, so there is no single global login for the whole platform.
