When creating an organizer account on the TicketsNile platform, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The organizer bears full responsibility for the security of the password and for activities conducted through the account, as well as for ensuring that events comply with applicable local laws.3. Ticket and Sales Policy
The platform acts as a technical intermediary connecting event organizers with the audience for the booking and generation of secure electronic tickets. The platform bears no responsibility for the cancellation, postponement, or any modification of event details by organizers; such responsibility lies directly with the event organizer.4. Commissions and Financial Transactions
Ticket sales via the platform are subject to commissions and operating fees agreed upon in advance with the organizers. Sales are settled, and financial dues are transferred to the organizers, in accordance with the mechanism and schedule approved for each event and the specific payment gateway used.5. Certificates Issued Through the Platform
Certificates issued through the platform are content prepared by the organizer and are entirely their responsibility. TicketsNile does not guarantee or endorse the academic content of any course or conference, nor the validity or accreditation of the certificate-issuing party.
