1. Tickets Nile is free.

The TicketsNile platform is free for event organizers to use: there are no subscription or setup fees. You can create events, sell tickets, and manage your audience at no cost to you.

2. The first 100 tickets are free at every event.

The first 100 tickets for any paid event are processed completely free of charge. Our goal is to help organizers—especially new and small ones—get started and grow without any financial barriers.

3. Free events are always free.

Events with free tickets for the public remain free on the platform at all times, with no limits on the number of tickets.

4. Price transparency

We believe in complete transparency. Any future fees—if applicable—will be clearly announced and explained in advance before taking effect, with no surprises or hidden charges.

5. Future fees do not apply retroactively.

TicketsNile reserves the right to introduce future usage-based fees. Any such fees will be announced in advance and will apply only to new events and bookings, without retroactive effect on anything created or sold prior to their effective date.

6. Limits of Fair Use

«Fair use» means using the platform for the legitimate purpose for which it was created—selling and managing tickets for real events. We reserve the right to intervene in cases of clear misuse that harms the service or other users, such as fraud attempts, illegal activities, or abnormal automated loads designed to overwhelm the platform.
